DESCRIPTION: This three story Victorian house, built in the Carpenter Gothic style, dates to circa 1780. The original portion was a single room of post and beam construction. Expansion to its current size began in 1853. Since 1991, the property has been operated as The Hummingbird Inn, a bed & breakfast.

The fist floor has extensive common areas, including a den, parlor, solarium, dining room, half bath, kitchen, office, and spacious guest room with patio. The second level includes four guest rooms, each with private bath and fireplace (or electric stove). Two of these guest rooms have whirlpool tubs and one has a double shower. This floor also features a laundry, linen storage area, and full owner's bath.

A spiral staircase leads to the owner's quarters, which occupies the entire third floor. In addition to a large master bedroom, it features a sunny alcove, additional bedroom/office, full bath, storage room (or small kitchen), and a walk-in closet.

The Hummingbird Inn is situated upon over one acre of beautifully landscaped grounds.
